The exercise “Energize your day” targets in fueling your body with energy after waking up. We recommend you to do this exercise in the beginning of the day, after waking uo and before starting your daily routine.

As other exercises, does also this one bring the best results, if you practice it regularly. The more often you exercise, the better should be the outcome. You might do something wrong, if this is not the case. We even recommend you, to also consult a professional QiGong practitioner. This person can understand, whether you do the exercise correctly and can give you the best advice in person.

Open your mind, let fresh energy in, every day, to achieve your daily goals.

Nevertheless, you can do this exercise already on your own. It is simple. When you start feeling the results, will you know, that you do it correctly. Keep in mind: QiGong is the combination of Physical Postures, Breathing Techniques, Imagination, Attention and your Will (see also: QiGong – General Introduction).

For being able to do this exercise, we recommend to initially follow these instructions:

Now follows the movement that should give your body the energizing effect. If someone or something disturbs you it would be great (especially during this exercise) if you complete the cycle, breathing our, before you pay attention to the disturbance. Of course, this is not always possible When e.g. health your health is at risk, stop directly and look for a better place to practice.

Stay there at your chosen place and feel the energy of the place. Positive energy is streaming into your body, through the air you are breathing, the auro of the environment and possibly also the sun on your skin.

Breathing in

Slowly take a deep breath in. While our breath in, simultaneously do the following steps:

Finish each moving with completing to inhale.

Breathing out

Slowly breath out again, while you do simultaneously the following movements:

In short: Exhaling, move back to the starting position again. Finish all movements with completing to breath out.

Energize every day, to act with full power

This cycle of breathing in and out, please repeat nine times. every morning to achieve great results. Of course, you can also exercise it more often. We recommend to practice an exercise regularly. you can otherwise not count on the result.
