Some time ago, I met two people who just finished their studies and started working for a startup in Berlin. They are working each day of a week. After work, they are very exhausted and have challenges to relax at night. Changing their mind to relaxing seemed nearly impossible. Both are really love their jobs, but in some point, they need come down and fall back. People might say they get used to it, but I wonder if this is healthy.

Back in the days when I started a business on my own, I rarely slept. I was fine working 12 to 17 hours a day, seven days a week to finish the project. That were the hardest and most exciting vacation from studies, I ever had. I had a mission, a target, and I reached it. After the first three months, I finished the basic Web-Application. The most pressure fell away. It was an amazing feeling of success. The adrenaline gave us motivation all the time, but I also started feeling exhausted.

In the same time, we also had to study. Studying again gave me some time to relax from the project. I just recognized this later, but studying beside the company was not an extra stress factor, but more the chance to get the thoughts free. Especially as I was not studying Computer Science or Programming, but with Business Administration and Civil Engineering something completely different. I started sleeping more again and started to feel recovered. In the basic sense what I did was multitasking, but this was also an important tool for me to come down and relax. To me it feels good, doing new things or doing things differently.

About the Art of Falling Back

No matter if Meditation, Reading, Sports or Hobbies, give your Brain the chance to relax and recover, for a more Healthy and Fulfilled Life.

During the years, I developed these skills further. I tried some tools from Buddhism and I learned about Yoga, Judaism, Blogging, I did sports and just tried to do things differently. You basically need to find a way to bring your brain down from high stress levels to a lower frequency. Many cultures use Meditation. You can bring your Brain frequency down to a status close to sleep through meditation. You give it a chance to rest. Changing your thoughts to different, more relaxing topics is another. Your Brain is also just a muscle that needs to relax.

I for myself found some important possibilities for better living. Articles and practices will follow on Coachiendo in the next months. Your life is too precious to live and feel exhausted. Tools for relaxing are important, also those that you can apply o your own. Sports is definitively also an important and healthy way out. Each person is different and needs to find a way different way. Keep your eyes open (and on Coachiendo Updates) for it, to find your way to live the art of falling back. This is just for your best.

Its such as you learn my thoughts! You seem to understand a lot approximately this, like you
wrote the ebook in it or something. I feel that you can do with a few % to force the
message house a bit, but other than that, that is great blog.

A great read. I’ll definitely be back.
